✧ » Commissions will take
1–4 weeks (semirealistic) or 3–7 days (cartoon) to be completed.✧ » At least, a preview of the
sketch / lineart, and base colors
will be sent for client approval. Changes can be requested at any stage, and a new preview will be sent after the adjustments.✧ » The client may request unlimited small changes, but
up to two major changes.

* Major changes : changes that require redrawing large parts of the artwork and take significant time, such as altering the pose, outfit, or composition after approval.

✦ Usage and Copyright

✧ » Commissions are for personal
use only.✧ » I retain all rights to the commission and may use freely unless otherwise agreed. The client may not edit, alter, trace, or claim the work as his own without prior permission.

* Personal use : non-commercial display on social
media, streaming overlays, profile pictures, banners,
or private prints.
NFTs, AI, merchandise, marketing, monetized products, reselling, or any revenue-generating use is not allowed with no exception.

✦ Payment

✧ » You can make the payment via Paypal, or Mercado Pago.✧ » I will require (at least) a 50% payment upfront to take the order. The other half will be paid before receiving the finished commission.✧ » Complex backgrounds or designs may incur additional costs, which will be informed beforehand.

✧ » No refunds are made
unless I think I am unable
to finish your commission.✧ » If possible provide clear references. If there are many, compile them in a document.✧ » The final product will be sent via Discord, Google Drive, or Gmail.✧ » TOS will be sent before the commission is accepted. By sending
the first payment, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.✧ » If the final payment is not made, the client will not have any right to use, display, copy, modify, or distribute the commissioned work, including previews, sketches, or finished files, in any
way or form.
